CTPAA and KIDIO Registration and Enrollment Procedures
If you are interested in enrolling your child in CTPAA’s dance, theatre or vocal class or in the KIDIO program, please print the following forms from our website:
- Registration form: “CTPAA Fine Arts” “KIDDIO”
- Transportation Waiver of Liability
- Authorization for Emergency Medical Care
- Fine Arts Enrichment Program Contract (for dance, theatre, and vocal only)
- Mandatory Supply List (currently listed for dance only)
- KIDIO Rules and Regulations (for KIDIO programs only)
After completing the required forms, parents/guardians must sign and return all forms to CTPAA with registration fee and tuition payment.
Class sizes at CTPAA are limited to twenty students in each of the following classes: Dance, Theatre, and Vocal.
Class sizes for the KIDIO program are limited to 30 students in each of the following classes: KIDIO Fitness Program and KIDIO Sports League.
